The Air Jordan 2 Low is expected to have a huge year in 2023, with numerous releases reportedly on the horizon. Joining the long list of drops is the classic “Chicago” colorway expected to return to retail soon.
Leaker account @Soleretriever on Instagram confirms that the “Chicago” Air Jordan 2 Low is scheduled to drop this holiday season. The style was originally released in 1987 and was last available in 2016. It was also used as the base for Virgil Abloh’s Off-White x Air Jordan 2 Low collaboration.
There are no images of the forthcoming retro at the time of writing, but the shoe is expected to be a straightforward reissue of the classic colorway. The account also revealed that this year’s version will be available exclusively in women’s sizing.
Official release details for this year’s “Chicago” Air Jordan 2 Low Women’s have yet to be announced by Jordan Brand. Keep it locked to Sole Collector for new developments including a first look at the shoe in the coming months.
