Dillon Danis isn’t training like a typical boxer ahead of his debut.
The former Bellator MMA prospect is currently preparing to face YouTuber Logan Paul on the undercard of KSI vs Tommy Fury in Manchester next month.

On Sunday, he shared of video of him combining recovery with conditioning.
Danis posted footage to social media that showed him sitting in a sauna and banging his head against a piece of wood.
He captioned the post: “210-degree sauna for an hour with some head conditioning.”
The known Twitter troll was almost certainly joking, but his opponent still tried to make fun of Danis for his bizarre training technique.
“Dillon is already trying to injure himself so he doesn’t have to fight me,” Paul wrote on his Instagram story alongside Danis’ sauna video.
The WWE superstar also shared a clip of him mocking Danis by trying out his bizarre exercise for himself before uploading another video from their face-off.
Paul added: “No wonder the guy can’t string together a sentence.”
The buildup to Paul vs Danis has been marred by controversy.

Conor McGregor’s long-time training partner has been sued by Paul’s fiancee, Nina Agdal, whom he has targeted by posting hundreds of messages online.
The model was granted a temporary restraining order after claiming to have suffered humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm due to Danis’ actions.
Agdal was a topic of conversation when the pair clashed at a recent press conference before it descended into chaos when John Fury began flipping tables.
Paul and Danis will finally settle their differences in four weeks’ time.
