Tom Aspinall in tears after Performance of the Night win, while Molly McCann celebrates extra £36,000 for Fight of the Night as Brits star in Las Vegas
It was a huge night for the Brits at UFC Fight Night 191 with three out of four claiming big victories.
And they all had even more to celebrate after their triumphs too.
Salford-born Tom Aspinall, a highly-rated heavyweight, was part of the co-main event as he fought Serghi Spivac.
And he managed to secure a first-round TKO with an excellent move that saw him land an elbow on his opponent to finish the clash.
The quick-fire win saw him handed ‘Performance of the Night’ in Las Vegas and you could tell the extra $50,000 (£36,000) meant a lot to him.
Aspinall broke down in tears upon hearing the news after going 4-0 in UFC.
Aspinall wasn’t the only one over the moon with a bonus.
Liverpool-born McCann grabbed ‘Fight of the Night’ for her clash with Ji Yeon Kim.
McCann won by a unanimous decision after three rounds but it was quite the clash and the flyweight star, who is now 4-3 in UFC, put on a show.
There was also public backing from Tony Bellew, a fellow Everton fan.

Not to be left out, Paddy Pimblett also grabbed a ‘Performance of the Night’ bonus.
On his UFC debut, the Liverpudlian, similarly to Aspinall, claimed a first-round win.
He emerged victorious as he pummelled Luigi Vendramini with a huge flurry of punches.
It was certainly a fun night for those three – let’s just hope they spend the money wisely while in Las Vegas!
