Tommy Fury says his mother could knock out KSI as Jake Paul is labelled the better fighter, but insists he could beat them both on the same night

Tommy Fury has not held back in his criticism of both fellow Brit, KSI, and long-time rival, Jake Paul.

Last weekend, Paul overcame the toughest test of his career to date by beating UFC legend, Anderson Silva, by unanimous decision to move to 6-0, with 4 KO’s.

In an interview with The MMA Hour, Fury reacted to the win and has put Paul above KSI in his personal rankings, although he does not rate either man highly.

“I have got to say it, Jake is better than KSI. KSI, honestly, I think my mother could knock out KSI in a round,” Fury said.

“I’m telling you, when I watched him fight those two men [Swarmz and Luis Alcaraz Pineda], I wasn’t even looking at the two men as they are useless, I was watching him and what he does as a boxer, he can’t fight.

“There’s some people in this world that are rough and ready, can fight, you know training and whatever. He can’t fight.

“You look at KSI and I don’t see a fighting man, I see a pretender, plays FIFA on YouTube, whatever he’s famous for, I don’t see anything.”

Fury has an upcoming fight with Paul Bamba on the undercard of Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Deji on November 13.

When asked if he was interested in fighting either Paul or KSI or both, he said: “Both in the same night, preferably. Both in the same night, honestly.

“Let me tell you now, this is what I’m going to say and I haven’t really spoke on the Jake Paul situation much in recent months.

“When you see me get in the ring with one of these guys, I don’t know who it will be first, whether it’s KSI or Jake Paul, you will see the definition of an easy night. You will see why I’ve been saying what I’ve been saying. These guys can’t fight.”

Fury was scheduled to fight Paul earlier in 2022, but it collapsed after the younger brother of heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, was denied entry into the USA.

He revealed that he is still unable to enter America, but Fury believes that if Paul were to come to the UK to fight him it would be a hugely successful event.

“I don’t believe there’s anyone in this country that wouldn’t come to that fight. I believe it would break all records. Definitely we could draw 70,000.”
